Event information
Robert George Lane is a musician, songwriter and actor based in the UK. He has toured extensively and released four albums. His most recent album was described by Fatea Magazine as “one of the best, and certainly most enjoyable albums this year.”
He is a founding member of comedy improvisation group Improv Wolves, has recently written and directed his first short film and is a Birmingham Rep Theatre Foundry Artist. He played one of the leads in independent feature film Sam and Dan Get Lost which won Best Feature at the Midland Movie Awards and also features Robert’s music as the score.
Robert is also the host of The Robert Lane Creative Careers Podcast where he chats to creatives including musicians, songwriters, actors, writers, comedians and journalists about their careers and how they create their work.
