Join Gabriel Moreno and Ty Watling as they launch their first ever collaboration with a single called 'Castles.'
'Castles' is a father's letter to his child turned into song. In the song/letter there is a will to convery principles and inspiration rather than worldly riches.
Both Gabriel Moreno and Ty Watling will perform a set of their material including new songs, guest appearances and old favourites.

Gabriel Moreno

Gabriel Moreno is Gibraltarian singer-songwriter, currently based in London. An irresistibly engaging performer, he combines a latin exuberance and passion with a rare lyrical calibre (he is also an accomplished poet, with 12 books published to date). Performing on nylon string guitar and sometimes accompanied by the Quivering Poets (a group of acclaimed musicians from the London and Barcelona jazz and folk scene), he creates a live experience that has been described as ”Taberna Folk” - at once both energetic and intimate, anarchic and absorbing.

He has thrilled audiences across South America, the USA and Europe, including recent sets at UK festivals Wilderness, The Great British Folk Festival and Purbeck Valley Folk Festival, and has been championed by the likes of BBC 6 Music’s Cerys Matthews, with his sonorous baritone and poetical lyrics often seeing him compared to such luminary wordsmiths as Leonard Cohen, Nick Cave and Bill Callahan.


Ty Watling

Ty Watling is an English song-writer based in Ramsgate. He is a masterful guitarist and accomplished songwriter who is known for his spell-binding musical performances and for his raw emotional approach to the art of songwriting. During the last 15 years he has performed along many acclaimed and country Artists including Richard Thompson, Julie Felix, Martin Simpson, Emily Barker, Josh Rouse. He is now a regular performer of the Roots and Alternative Folk scene in Kent. His latest Album 'The satisfaction of knowing' was released Feb 2023.
