Vibrant performer, and deservedly celebrated contemporary choir leader, celebrating the release of her new album ‘Vapour Trails’, Emily Barden is a singer-songwriter, performing acoustically both as a solo artist and alongside other musicians.

Writing songs inspired by travel, love, life and the observing of people, Emily plays piano and guitar and sings a wide variety of styles, from country/folk-inspired originals to well-loved classic songs and jazz standards. She works professionally as a singer and composer, and has toured with artists from the worlds of rock through to opera, as a backing vocalist and choir director.

Emily is an experienced choral leader and vocal arranger, and currently runs several adult Community Choirs, including the WemsFest Surtierra Touring Project Choir.
