Event information
A full hour comedy show from the legendary Will Adamsdale, hosted by Joanna Neary and long set from comedy favourite Fergus Craig
As ever, our eclectic curation promises a night of wonder and delight and big laughs and nice surprises, perfect for our delightful regular audiences and those who fancy a first time trying out a comedy night out in Eastbourne like no other.
This month, Eastbourne’s boldest and longest running alternative comedy night (we’ve been going now since 2009) brings you the mighty Award Winning Will Adamsdale and the hilarious and charming superwit Fergus Craig. Both of these two are creative geniuses and we are thrilled to bring them all the way to winter-sunny Eastbourne for this delicious one-off.
Usually on a Saturday, please note this one is a Friday night for Feb.. here’s a bit more about the show and the timings:
Will Adamsdale: AI, AI, Oh… (or how I wrote a hit sitcom with ChatGPT but we’re not talking now) work-in-progress
From Perrier Comedy award / Fringe First winner Will Adamsdale
Once upon a time a washed up London comic and technophobe went off-grid in a confused lockdown relocation… only to find the grass ain’t always greener. The blank page stretched out like the endless fields…
His only hope? His greatest enemy – technology. A story of bots, block and getting away from it all.
“An utter delight.”
Guardian on FaceTime (2019)
“So skilled an actor, so nuanced a writer that it’s hard to tell where
the line between stand-up and character comedy lies.”
Scotsman on Borders (2014)
Produced by Fuel and Will Adamsdale
A full hour show with interval and long set from comedy favourite Fergus Craig
Doors 7.15
Starts 7.30
Ends 9.35
Line ups are always subject to change but we’ve been very lucky so far. Booking essential, it’s a very small venue and we like to make sure there’s chairs for everyone. Tickets may be available on the door. A small number of paper tickets will be for sale at The Lamb Inn bar too.
