Dreams of Delvaux is an electronic synthpop duo from Stoke-on-Trent, England, comprising Rachel Poole and Jon Aldersea. Their music blends dreamy vocal textures, electronic beats, and organic saxophone, drawing inspiration from 1980s synthpop artists like Visage, Human League and Eurythmics.
In March 2024, they released their debut full-length album, "Shade Mystique," which received positive reviews for its chilled, sun-drenched, dream-like synthpop sound. The album features tracks such as "Emerald Green," "Tell Me You Want Me," and "Porcelain Star."
Prior to this, in 2022, they released their EP "Air Without Gravity," showcasing their signature blend of electronic and organic sounds. The duo is known for their creative visuals and a strong appreciation for surrealism, which influences both their music and artistic presentation.
As of January 2025, they have announced plans to release new music within the year and are looking forward to performing live.
