Let's Talk - Counselling, Mental Health and Wellbeing Services C.I.C. are proud to announce a charity gig on International Women's Day to celebrate local female talent through their original music.

In a time where the cost of living has meant that looking after our mental health has become a luxury, Let's Talk is a very small, independent non-profit co-founded and run by Val and Elle, qualified psychotherapists who offer free group and 1:1 support to the most vulnerable and hard to reach groups in the community, both online and in person.

We are beyond excited about the fantastic line-up of local female singer/songwriters, who have joined forces to help and support us in our quest to raise some money, in an acoustic event set in the beautiful atmosphere of St. Mark's Church:
Valkyrie, Kate West, Lois Leon, Chlo, Saida Bee, Ophelia's Willow, Yael Bebb and more to be announced!

The money raised will go towards covering the costs for the provision of a FREE mental health support group for women in our community who are struggling to navigate motherhood and the loss of self that comes along with it.
