Johannes Brahms : A German Requiem
Saturday 26th April 2025 7.30pm
St Chad’s Church. Shrewsbury. SY1 1JL
Brahms' "A German Requiem" is a choral work that focuses on offering comfort to the living rather than praying for the dead, with the music presenting a universal message of solace through its text and musical structure.
It is a challenging but rewarding work to sing and is a favourite of choral choirs. Please come along and share our enjoyment as we sing this wonderful Requiem.
