Event information
Perfectly Cromulent Productions presents:
ExtravaGALza: A celebration of women in the music industry @ Fuel The Music, Manchester.
One of many to come, we kick things off with a solid line-up with:
NO VIOLET
Tasty, fuzzy goodness from Bristol, this band have been on my radar for a very long time. Hard hitting doomy riffs and soft melodic breakdowns sit behind the magnificent vocals of Ellie Godwin. It's very rare to see them up in Manchester, so this is an absolute pleasure to be hosting them.
GENDER WARFARE
These gals are serving up some angry girl hardcore pop.
Listed on their bandcamp,
Hardcore is Dance Music.
Serving cunt in the queercore form, 24/7.
Riffs, hardcore beats, shouting in your face, what more could you want?
GLIMMERPIT
Noise, Krautrock, Psych Pop, silliness.
Glimmerpit blew us all away back at the Chrysalid Homo album launch in early 2024, so it's long overdue to have them back.
MAYSHE-MAYSHE
It's always a surprise to discover someone so spectacular when doom scrolling, Alice popped up on an Instagram ad and I had to investigate.
Alice is one of a rare few artists that takes on the whole DIY approach at gigs, delivering luscious dream pop, she creates her own beats and melodies on stage and lays soft, calming vocals over the top. We can always appreciate someone that builds up a song from scratch, and Alice does it so well.

52 Cross Street,
Saint Anne’s Alleyway,
Manchester, M2 7AR
(If google tells you it's on King street, it's lying)
The alleyway is noticeable next to Mr. Thomas's Chop House, and the door entrance is then on the left side.
Fuel The Music are an organisation that support independent venues, artists, promoters, and anyone that needs a step up in the industry.
