Immediately after the withdrawal of American troops from Afghanistan in 2021, the filmmaker accompanies a group of Taliban that takes over the former CIA base in Kabul - Hollywoodgate.

Here, much to their amazement, they find over seven billion dollars worth of sophisticated bombers, jet fighters, Black Hawk helicopters, plus many small arms and munitions – all left behind by the Americans.

With the help of this abandoned war machine, a powerful military state quickly grows out of the hands of the terrorist militia.

This is an extraordinary story, a cinematic masterpiece and document of contemporary historical importance.
