On March 7th at Jamboree we welcome Los Bravos de la K'umbia, a fantastic full-power tropical psychedelic band bringing the classic sounds of Cumbia and Chicha from Peru and Latin America!

The band brings to life the hybrid sound popular in the 60s and 70s that blends Amazonic and cumbia rhythms with psychedelic effects, the amplified strum of surf guitars ripping across a percussive bed of conga slaps, powerful cowbell and timbal sounds, bold bass and the gurgling rasp of a guiro, played with a fierce Latin energy. Join us for a very special musical trip to the origins of Chicha, born in nature of ayahuasca in the amazonic jungle brought to you by these trust-worthy musical shamans.

DJ CArlitos Nino will also keep the dancefloor moving with a mix of cumbia and world beats. From Colombia, he showcases a fusion of Latin American music with a London twist.

Jamboree food option: The ‘Arepatoire’ kitchen residency at Jamboree ended on February 16th. A new residency will be announced soon. In the meantime we offer a selection of savoury foods such as quiches and salads.
