LIAM PICKFORD - Well, what can we say about Liam? If Stewart Lee, Jack Dee and Morrissey ever had a child together then Liam is who they would call son. Liam started performing stand up in Manchester in June 2012. His unique style is a breath of fresh air to the circuit with Liam has crafted his own unique brand of stand up, mixing cleverly honed material and punchlines with excitingly unpredictable audience interaction. All this, mixed in with a hint of ‘whimsy’ and clever observations whilst delivered in a wonderfully unenthusiastic and grumpy style. Liam has become a circuit favourite and is destined for big things. A highly intelligent writer and fantastic performer who is as capable doing sets and compering. Liam is an act you will want to book time and time again.Liam has performed all over the UK and has appeared at numerous festivals including ‘Latitude’, ‘2000 Trees’ and ‘Cockrock’. In 2015, Liam performed his debut solo show ‘Seaside Cock Novelties’ to a sold out audience at the Liverpool Comedy Festival and then Liam returned in 2016 with his new solo show ‘Your Love Is Like A Knackered Bus Stop I Can No Longer Be Arsed To Vandalise’ which he also took to the Nottingham Comedy Festival that same year.Liam has appeared on numerous radio stations including BBC Radio 2, BBC Greater Manchester, Manchester Online, Tameside Radio & Fab Radio. As well as the radio Liam has provided tour support for Tom Stade on his ‘You’re Welcome’ tour.
EDDY BRIMSON - To say East Ender Eddy Brimson has a colourful past is something of an understatement. A self-confessed former football hooligan before turning his hands to better use as a writer and comedian, Eddy has written a host of amusing anecdotal books, penned and hosted a top three selling video ‘Teargas and Tantrums’, and is also a regular “talking head’ for numerous radio and TV shows on subjects as diverse as football, dodgy builders and sexy baldness. As an actor, he has appeared on such diverse programmes as Absolutely Fabulous, The Thin Blue Line, Casualty, The Bill and EastEnders, where he played, you’ve guessed it, an East End villain, who torched Frank’s car lot.
Eddy was also a presenter on the Bravo TV show The Basement covering topics as varied as the British Lawn Mower Grand Prix to a live hair transplant. Eddy is a prolific writer, having penned seven best-selling books. With sales topping 160,000, Eddy has built himself a cult following among British and European football fans.
SHARIFA BUTTERFLY - Sharifa is a talented comedian known for her unique sense of humour and her unusually entertaining life story. With a knack for storytelling and a natural ability to connect with audiences, Sharifa has become one to watch.
Born and raised in London, Sharifa has spent her entire adult life working professionally as a Hip Hop dancer. Falling into the societal pressures to get an “adult job” Sharifa is transitioning into a more grown up and sensible career, something to make the grandparents proud – stand up comedy.
Sharifa began her comedy journey by performing at an open mic night at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2022. Between now and then Sharifa has gone on to win a number of Gong shows and competitions at some of the UK’s most established comedy venues: a few of her wins in 2023 include, King Gong winner at The Comedy Store, Top Secret Gong winner at Top Secret comedy club, and Vauxhall Ding Dong Gong winner at Big Belly Comedy club Christmas 2022.
MC RUSSELL ARATHOON - Russell is a likeable act who the audience instantly warm to. With his sharp and cheeky material Russell is a perfect act for any live audience. A solid MC he is fast building up a reputation as a very safe pair of hands.
In 2018 Russell made his Edinburgh Fringe debut with his critically acclaimed show ‘The Curious Incidents Of The Gay In The Night Time’. Since then Russell has gone on to perform at festivals all over the country including Leicester, Nottingham, Manchester & Brighton. He even appeared on the Glee Cardiff Pride Stage alongside Robert White in 2019.
