Headlined by CAPE ORANGE. Cape Orange is the electrifying melting pot of the three members' wildly differing musical tastes. It’s a little bit rocky, a little bit country and a whole lot of POP. The Cape Orange girls pride themselves in having as much fun as possible in their music, on stage and in recording, and their tracks mirror their tongue and cheek playfulness in their approach to the industry.
Recently named “one of the most fun live bands in London,” The girls play tastemaker venues such as Brixton’s The Windmill, carrying crowds away with confessional lyrical charm and moments of intense vulnerability. Known for tossing shakers into the hands of the front row, it is clear that the band's priority is to build a world of their own on stage that leaves a glittering impact on dancing audiences, wearing stage outfits that they have designed and made themselves.
Support by LOUIS O’HARA AND HIS BURLEY CHASSIS. Welsh folk musician and producer Louis O'Hara gained critical acclaim last year for his debut EP, Clay, with the title song hailed as track of the week by the BBC's Adam Walton. Known for his series of experimental music and film scores as well as his focus on folk, Louis will be releasing his second EP on the April 15th via Half Normal Records.
Live he performs with ‘His Burley Chassis’ which is William Snelling (piano and guitar), Frankie Di Stani (clarinet and piano), Georgina Hamilton (cello and harmonies) and Dov Sikowitz (lap steel and harmonies).
