If you have one, bring a song from your youth, or the place of your birth, in the language that you or your family grew up with. Share it with others in a friendly, relaxed session facilitated by composer & choir leader, David Haines. Nursery rhyme, lullaby, or playground chant — ballad of work, love, or learning — folk or family song. If we have time, David will teach an African lullaby, a Hebridean nonsense song, and/or a Zulu lament.
The workshop lasts for 1 hour.
This is a FREE workshop, open to everyone, of any age and experience.
Funded with a grant from Teignbridge Arts Project.
