Join talented NI Presenter Connor Phillips for an invaluable insight to working in the media and creative industries. Hear about the skills needed to carve out a career in this field and find out more about Connor’s 20+ years experience across multi- platform broadcasting. Connor can be heard on his daily radio show 'The Connor Phillips Show', from 10.30-12.00 midday on BBC Radio Ulster, BBC Radio Foyle and BBC Sounds. The Connor Phillips Show is the BIGGEST regional Entertainment Show on BBC Sounds as well as Northern Ireland’s ‘most listened to’ mid-morning radio show. Connor’s voice is known across the UK too on one of the UK’s biggest stations BBC Radio 5 Live and well as known as co-host of BBC Radio 2’s Country 2 Country Festival on air across the UK and on stage to over 20,000 people.

Connor’s TV work for BBC television has included working for BBC 4's 'Tell Jokes...' series. He has presented for ‘The One Show’ on BBC1 as well as coverage for BBC Sport, on BBC News Channel, online and has also been part of BBC One's Sport Relief. Connor has been one of the lead presenters of BBC's Children In Need coverage since 2021.

This is a drop-off workshop. Parent/guardian supervision is not required. On the day of the workshop, parent/guardian will be asked to fill in a contact details registration form before the event.
