Walk, Write and Renew
Join us with your notebooks for a gentle stroll around the beautiful surroundings of The Maltings and River side. You will be encouraged to take notes in this relaxing atmosphere before joining together back at the studio for some writing for wellbeing activities. This workshop aims to help you relax and enjoy this outdoor experience followed by some guided writing to help you respond to the natural surroundings to benefit your general wellbeing. Open to all levels and abilities from curious to beginners to those who enjoy writing regularly.
12th April from 10.30am-1pm. The cost for this experience is between £15-£25 (depending on your situation), and this will go towards the cost of the venue, materials, admin and beverages/snack. We hope you will take away that being in nature and creativity combined is a great contribution to your wellbeing.
We suggest walking shoes and a light rain coat, you never know what this beautiful British weather will bring us. There is some accessibility, and if you not feeling the walk there are areas around you can sit and enjoy nature.
