Activities:
🧘‍♀️ Create your flow - Vinyasa Yoga
This Creativity-themed Vinyasa Yoga class is designed to unlock your inner flow and ignite your imagination. Through a dynamic sequence of postures, breathwork, and mindful movement, we will explore the connection between body and mind, creating space for inspiration and creative expression. As Elizabeth Gilbert writes in *Big Magic*, “The universe buries strange jewels deep within us all, and then stands back to see if we can find them.” In this class, we will create the space to uncover those hidden treasures within, allowing you to release tension, free your thoughts, and embrace the creative energy that resides within you.
As we move through the Vinyasa flow, we will focus on cultivating balance, flexibility, and strength—both physically and mentally.
We often think that to be creative we must be able to draw or paint but this class will allow the discovery of your own flavour of creativity no matter what that is, breaking through creative blocks to discover new possibilities. By the end of the session, you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, open, and ready to create with a fresh perspective.
