Join Poppy Wonnacott for an exploratory talk on Jean Rhys, who wrote 'Wide Sargasso Sea', the postcolonial prequel to 'Jane Eyre', whilst living in Bude. We'll delve into Jean's life, her connection to Bude and the themes of madness and belonging in her short masterpiece.
