Event information

Causing a Scene is a community-owned and accountable organisation, aiming to be the collective representative, advocate and catalyst for the music scene and its associated culture in Oxfordshire.

We believe that inspiring things happen when creatively minded people come together, and we take the trouble to understand each other's dreams, schemes, skills, hopes, fears and frustrations.

Join us for our latest quarterly event, in a safe, friendly, wheelchair accessible space, in which our diverse community can bond, galvanise and plan for the future.

Everyone is welcome, whether you're a fan, musician, blogger, crew, DJ, festival, graphic designer, journalist, label, manager, photographer, producer, promoter, PR, publisher, record store, studio, tour manager, venue, or videographer.

We'll be moving around more brilliant Oxfordshire venues in the future, so please add the following Mixer dates to your diaries: Thurs 12 June, Thurs 25 September & Thurs 11 December 2025.

If you're under 18, please e-mail us in advance so we can accommodate you at: CausingASceneOxford@gmail.com
