'Words are the marks made when the voice is lost in the noise of living . . . ink on paper, fingers tapping on a keyboard, scrap books, notepads, crumpled receipts, the tattoo of smudged biro on the back of a hand. . .
Writing offers a safe space and a unique way to express emotion, release feelings, provide comfort, process thoughts, lend shape and form to dreams, tap into the boundless creativity that is within all of us and transform the world both within and without.
Join Charlotte Bradman, author of The Happy Nomad, at the Pearl Exchange on Friday the 16th of May 6-8pm for an immersive creative writing workshop exploring the powerful connection between energy, emotion and expression. Plant your bare feet in the soft sand of Bude beach, breathe in the salt kissed air, feel the possibilities of a blank page wash over you like an ocean wave, find your voice, let go and let the words flow!
The workshop is free for Pear Exchange users aged 18-35yrs,
£10 per person for other participants.
