About the Session
This session will teach you to hold poses (Asanas) as well as move with more awareness and connection to your mind and body, incorporating breathwork (Pranayama) and relation to leave you feeling grounded, balanced and refreshed.
The course is:
Hatha Yoga
Suitable for beginners and all levels
Not suitable for pregnant women
Maximum 10 places.
Student to bring their own mat and any props, blocks, straps, cushions as required.
About the Tutor
Jess has been practicing yoga for 5 years. She is drawn to powerful styles of yoga such as Power and Ashtanga but also likes to balance this with slower, mindful practices for grounding and deep relaxation. Yoga is huge part of Jess' life, the more she learns the more she says she connects. Jess is committed to empowering others to discover their mind body connection, sustained wellbeing and sharing yoga’s powerful benefits. She is looking forward to sharing her passion for yoga with others.
