Clarinetist and vocalist Giulia Marro is a rising star of the UK jazz scene, impressing audiences with her warm tone and melodic improvisations.
Her debut album ‘A Portrait of Giulia’ will be released in March 2025 on which she is joined by some of the UK’s best rhythm section players - Tom Ward, Honey Boulton and Ben Love. This album, made up of completely original compositions is inspired by the swing era, Jimmy Giuffre’s music and particular moments in Giulia’s life so far. This band bring swing to the forefront, alongside original compositions they will play a few of the favourite tunes by great composers of the swing era.
