Event information
Join us for a wonderful double bill of Americana/Country music with two hugely talented singer-songwriters.
Holly Carter has quickly established herself as one of Bristol's leading fingerstyle guitarists and is one of the UK's only professional female pedal steel players, earning herself Instrumentalist Of The Year at the UK Americana Awards in 2023 & 2024. Her musicality entwines aspects of folk, roots and Americana and her songs weave catchy melodies with thought provoking lyrics. With her new album 'Leave Your Mark' due for release in the Autumn, there are sure to be some new surprises and old favourites within her performance.
London based Savannah Gardner is rewriting the outlaw country genre. Her freewheeling, sometimes gritty, sometimes hauntingly beautiful songs speak to a new generation of country fans. Her special connection with her audience has earned her the UK AMA's Live Act of the Year Nomination for 2025 and has won her slots at coverted festivals such as Glastonbury and Black Deer Festival. Savannah's debut album 'Recovering Good Girl' is out now and produced by Dale Davis, the legendary former bass player and musical director for Amy Winehouse.
Unmissable if you are a music lover. Advanced booking is highly recommended and appreciated as we are serving a complimentary hot supper ( a bowl of meat or veggie chillie ) during the interval.
To help with catering please EMAIL us at info@cleevevillagehall.co.uk if you would like to select the vegatarian option or have any special dietry requirements.
