Event information
Our third Thursday of the month music night at Other Space Arts, Windsor continues on 19th June with Jess Tuthill with special guests Mayor of Dorkshire and Rebecca Jayne.
Jess Tuthill is a singer-songwriter from Reading. She has been writing music for over 20 years, taking inspiration from her surroundings, which regularly including television and computer games. Her debut album A Beautiful Disaster produced by Ed Harcourt received rave reviews. Notable past performances include London’s Union Chapel where Jess shared the stage with the likes of Kathryn Williams and Michele Stodart (The Magic Numbers). Williams remarked on her music “Jess makes the uke sound beautiful (which is in itself a miracle!), her voice is warm velvet and her songs move me to tears. What can I say I’m a fan!” For the last 9 years, her instrument of choice has been the ukulele, mainly so she can feel like a giant when she plays.
Special guests on the night are talented singer songwriter Rebecca Jayne who returns to the stage having had a sabbatical from performing and we are delighted she is back and the always entertaining Major of Dorkshire who has a talent for writing hilarious ear worms that will stick with you for weeks.
Doors open 7.30pm, starts 8pm. Early Bird tickets are £7.00 until 19th May and the £10.00 in advance and any remaining tickets £12.00 on the door.
