Event information

Come along and practise taking up space with your voice unapologetically and without shame. Together, we create a safe space for you and your voice as we sing for connection, not perfection.

This soulful sing is open to men and women aged 18 upwards.

We will sing traditional and modern medicine songs in rounds and in harmony. These are often short and repeated allowing our thinking brain to turn off and for us to relax into our bodies, the essence of the lyrics and the sounds around you.

All songs are taught by ear meaning that experience is not necessary and musical knowledge is not a barrier.

In our sessions you can expect at least an hour of singing and time afterwards for refreshments and connection with the group.
