Joe Newman (Reverend and the Makers), Paolo Mazzoni (TC & the Groove Family), Mike Thompson (Creola, RiteTrax) and lead vocalist Lindy Surtees are the powerhouse 'Goldivox'.

Entirely original, their sound is both modern and nostalgic, combining elements of RnB, neo-soul, disco and funk to provoke mind, body and soul in equal measure. Powerfully authentic, with deep pockets of groove layered with smooth textures and provocative melodies exuding a familiar feel, their music leaves audiences satisfied yet wanting more.

Together, their live performing experience includes national arenas (Wembley- Joe with Reverend and the Makers), festivals up and down the country (Shambala, Green Man, Boomtown- Paulo with TC and The Groove Family) to intimate local venues.

Currently self-recording their first album in analogue, Dave Sanderson (Reverend and the Makers) is producing and Rob Gordon (original founder of WARP records- Moloko, Human League) is mastering their tracks. The first of these, 'Shelter' was played on BBC Introducing. They’ve been making waves in their hometown of Sheffield, drawing admiration for their sonorous musicianship and gripping live shows.
