Fatiha El-Ghorri
Underneath Fatiha’s colourful hijab is a mind full of cutting observations and engaging witticisms on the life and times of a British Muslim woman. Fatiha smashes the Muslim stereotypes and challenges people to think about what they think they know about Islam, Muslims, and Muslim women especially. After debuting her work in progress show ‘Cockney Stacking Doll’ at the Leicester Comedy Festival in 2023, Fatiha won the award for Best Debut Show.
Already racking up a score of on-screen credits, Fatiha has made appearances on The Jonathan Ross Show, The Russell Howard Hour, Outsiders, Stand Up Sketch Show, Big Zuu’s Big Eats, Guessable, Alan Davies: As Yet Untitled, Mel Giedroyc: Unforgivable, BBC New Comedy Awards, Out Of Order and Sorry, I Didn’t Know. Fatiha has also made several notable appearances on podcasts, including Off Menu with Ed Gamble and James Acaster and The Guilty Feminist.
2025 sees the release of Fatiha’s debut novel The Perks of My Hijab, published by Simon & Schuster Children’s Books. Fatiha is also appearing in the 19th series of Taskmaster.

She has maintained this momentum, becoming a familiar face on TV, having appeared regularly on ITV’s Stand Up Sketch Show, as well as appearing on BBC’s Live at the Apollo - and making appearances on hit shows like Hypothetical and Celebrity Pointless, as well as Comedy Central.
