Event information
Japan, Man – excellent young band. Dream pop and fractured beats with delicate melodies delivered by vocalist Letty. Sits very well with the sophistication of current artists like Caroline Polacheck and Nadine Sha. Wonderfully wonky but expressive and accessible deep Pop.
Pien – Great singer fronting a solid band. She has a striking voice for sure. Mainstream indie pop.
Dirty Horse- Jazz infused female fronted americana with some tasty blues guitar licks apending.
Daisy Carbin - Young woman with deftly plucked acoustic doing the solo singer songwriter thang, and beautifully at that. A nice mellifluous voice with some fragility- think early Janis Ian via something a little sweeter- not as folky. Great talent anyway. Nice engaging videos too.
