Rockinitiz 10th Anniversary

In March 2010 the Rockinitiz Club will be celebrating its 10th anniversary of promoting 50's Rockin' bands, DJ's and music in the London area.

To mark this, we have managed to pull together two of the hottest young bands on the rockin' scene - Jessie & the Orbits and the Caezars.


For a band who only formed in August 2008, Jessie & The Orbits have made a pretty big impact. They've been booked up for the cream of rockabilly and rhythm and blues weekenders the world over. With 20 year-old Jessie's belting bluesy vocals and a wealth of talented and experienced musicians behind her, you'll be in for a treat on the eyes and the ears. The Caezars made their arrival onto the Rockabilly scene a rather loud, uncompromising and full-on affair in October 2009 at the Brighton Rumble.

Singer AJ, lead guitarist Danny O, upright bass player Spincity Steve, and drummer Mikey Harling appeared out of the blue and have already been booked at every major rock n roll festival through 2010.

The shockwave of this band soon crossed the Atlantic and they've been snapped up by Wild Records, a major LA record label. Their first album will be recorded in the States in March 2010, just after this gig.

Your hosts for the night are DJ's TC Topcat, Tiki Stew and The Grinster, with guest DJ Dave Mumbles from the Brighton Rumble. Dave was one of the founders of the Rockinitiz Club in 2000, and we're delighted to welcome him back.
