Event information
At 3:15pm on Sunday 6 July 2025, the acclaimed Feria Chamber Ensemble will be coming to Horton, South Gloucestershire, for a family-friendly afternoon of light classical music. The centrepiece of the concert will be Saint-Saëns’ Carnival of the Animals, a joyful and playful favourite featuring virtuoso piano soloists You-Chiung Lin and Stephan Dorré. The animals will be brought to life through poems written and performed by Dominic Lopez-Real. The concert will also feature Fauré’s beautiful Pavane, Debussy’s enchanting Syrinx, along with works by Bartok and some jazz pieces!
Set in our stunning village surroundings, this promises to be a magical afternoon of music—one not to be missed! And, as with all our events, the bar will be open, and there will be tea and cake available too.
