We're back for the 5th of our fabulous Stand Up Comedy nights.

A change of venue and branding; but we haven’t changed the formula: A very strong line-up of in-demand circuit comedians, performing at an intimate venue in order to raise funds for a local Air Cadet Squadron.

The ticket price is £14.50 (£13.10 + £1.40 booking fee) for - once again - an incredible standard of act.

Headline act: Stephen Carlin.

Named by Stewart Lee as one of the ‘Ten Best Comedians in the World Ever’, Stephen Carlin is a Scottish stand-up comedian renowned for his original and insightful writing style. His performances, delivered in a distinctive deadpan Scottish brogue, delve into unexpected and off-the-wall references, captivating audiences with his unique perspective. Carlin has supported notable comedians such as Stewart Lee, Stephen Merchant, and Tom Stade on their national tours. His television appearances include Comedy Central’s ‘The Alternative Comedy Experience’, and he has contributed as a writer to BBC Radio shows like ‘The Now Show’ and ‘The News Quiz’.


Opening the show is Tom Little,

Winner of the Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year, Tom Little has been making waves in the comedy circuit with his unique blend of awkward charm and inventive humour. A finalist in the BBC Radio New Comedy Award, Tom has also performed in prestigious showcases such as the Pleasance Comedy Reserve and Just The Tonic’s Big Value at the Edinburgh Fringe. His 2018 Edinburgh show was nominated for the Amused Moose Comedy Award, further cementing his status as a rising star in British comedy


Completing the line-up is Sarah Johnson

Winner of the Best Midlands Comedy Breakthrough Act at the What’s On Readers’ Awards 2017, Sarah Johnson is a dynamic stand-up comedian, writer, and podcaster. Her performances are characterized by a delightfully cheeky style and solid gags that resonate with audiences. Sarah has been nominated for Best New Show at the Leicester Comedy Festival and Best New Act at the Midlands Comedy Awards. Beyond stand-up, she showcases her versatility through character work and her podcast “Beyond Help.” Audiences quickly warm to her likeable persona, making her a standout act on any lineup.


Your MC for night is the dry, witty, and extremely funny Patrick Draper

Finalist in the English Comedian of the Year competition, Draper has established himself on the UK comedy circuit with his distinctive deadpan delivery and sharp wit. His debut show, Absolutely Vacuous, received a “Highly Recommended Show” accolade from Fringe Review, praising it as “a gem of a show”. Patrick’s performances blend deadpan jokes, visual gags, and songs, earning him descriptions such as “a bulletproof act” by Stagefright Comedy and “consistently funny – 4 stars, highly recommended” by Fringe Review. He continues to perform at prestigious comedy clubs across the UK.
