rising musical comedy duo griefcat emerged in 2019, when songwriters annie narnolilli & Louisa hall two natives of Washington DC, realised their shared appreciation of “ hot people with jobs”, during their first meeting as performers at the capitol city showcase ,- five years before the actually formed a band.
now firmly established in front of of a diverse and growing global fanbase as laugh -out -loud lyricists unafraid of sonic exploration, griefcat builds on influences from tenacious d & weird al yankovic ,to Dolly Parton ,Donna summer and beyond..
