Join Rosie a Holistic Energy Practitioner in our beautiful tranquil Community Garden for an evening Natural Mindfulness Walk which includes sensory and meditative experiences.
Enjoy the nature, sights and sounds of our special garden from 19:30 - 21:00
This activity is funded by Central Bedfordshire Council from the UKSPF Culture Fund.
The cost of the workshop is £5.00
- If you are a CBC resident the cost is fully discounted. However, there is a charge of £2.50 for booking and refreshments.
- If you live outside the area, there is a charge of £7.50 which includes booking fee and refreshments.
