Sweeping The Nation, taking to Duffy's for the first time, Presents...
Returning after their standout set at Leicester Indiepop Alldayer 2022, FORTITUDE VALLEY is the brainchild of Laura Kovic. Taking influence from the likes of The Beths, The Go-Go’s and Pavement, what results is a ludicrously addictive cocktail of heart-stopping indie-punk power-pop melody and a back catalogue of songs that’ll be living in your head, rent free, for evermore. Their second album Part Of The Problem, Baby is released on 1st August.
Support comes from two members of Riotous Collective (FKA Unglamorous) with their own takes on energetic garage punk, Alldayer alumni VIRGINIA'S WOLVES and THE MARLINAS, who feature former members of the Verinos.
