SURFER BLOOD: West Palm Beach Florida's surfer Blood make accomplished, hook-filled indie rock with clever arrangements and great Beach Boys style harmonies. Calling to mind the likes of The Shins, The Pixies and the power pop fun of Weezer, Surfer Blood have been rightly heralded as one of the most exciting new bands set for big things in 2010. This show sees their hotly anticipated UK debut.

GOLDHAWKS - Named after the west london street one which they were born and raised, Goldhawks offer a uniquely British flavour on old, good Americana. There's also a sharp pleasing coarseness in the melody, similar to new rock luminaries such as Cymbals Eat Guitars and other Pavement influenced indie-rock.

FICTION - Fiction are a young quartet with the intricacies of early Foals, mixed in with a dose of Adam And The Ants, Orange Juice and noughties electronica. Exciting early days for this band and a great symbol of how to keep it interesting for a new bunch of men brandishing guitars, drums, electronics and more in this big bad world today. Watch out for a single due out on Offset records imminently.
