Join Rosie, a Holistic Energy Practitioner, in our beautiful tranquil Community Garden for a morning Natural Mindfulness Walk which includes sensory and meditative experiences.
Enjoy the nature, sights and sounds of our special garden from 10:30 to 12:30.
This activity is funded by Central Bedfordshire Council from the UKSPF Culture Fund.
The cost of the workshop is £5.00
- If you are a CBC resident the cost is fully discounted. However, there is a charge of £2.50 for booking fee and refreshments.
- If you live outside the area, a charge of £7.50 which includes booking fee and refreshments.
