Are you feeling overwhelmed by the many legal structures available to register your social business? Or does the small print and paperwork leave you confused?
Join us for a session designed to demystify the complexities not-for-profit legal structures. Our facilitator, Alice Hemming from Co-operative Futures, will break down the various legal structures in a clear and approachable manner, helping you understand the pros and cons of each option. Whether you're considering a Community Interest Company (CIC), Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) or Co-operative, by the end of the session you’ll be equipped with the information to choose the right legal structure for your enterprise
This event is part of a series of training sessions to promote and support social enterprises in the South and Vale District and Oxford City.
