Caroline McEvoy is the only comedian from Bangor, Northern Ireland, based in London, and has been performing stand-up since 2019. Her credits included being shortlisted for the Pleasance Reserve in 2024 to being a semi-finalist and finalist in numerous new act competitions such as So You Think You're Funny? and Komedia New Act of the Year. She's the co-creator of cult hit comedy podcast Gun and Wand: The Official Companion Podcast (as recommended by the Guardian). She's also the founder, producer and regular host of Comedy Bandits, a three-time Chortle Awards-winning night, and a graduate of the Soho Theatre Labs 2023. In 2025, she was selected as one of 180 recipients of the Keep it Fringe Fund for her debut comedy hour ‘Train Man’.
