Event information
Perfectly Cromulent Productions are very proud to present this special celebration of St Lucifer’s first decade as a band…
This is also their first hometown over a year – so expect a set full of volume, love and some very unexpected treats thrown in for good measure
Joining them for this one-off spectacular are some very special guests, including….
MARK CORRIN
Mark Corrin is a Liverpool born, Manchester based writer, producer & radio broadcaster – and was also on the for the very first St Lucifer gig, back in September 2015! We are thrilled to have him on board for this milestone celebration
Mark’s early releases as “Shirokuma” were frequently broadcast on the John Peel Show on BBC Radio 1, while his more recent solo work has featured on BBC Late Junction with Nick Luscombe.
He has also previously collaborated with artists including Damo Suzuki (Can), Ria Mazini (Mikro) and Max Tundra
STILL FOREVER
“Post-punk, gothic, techno, pop and industrial influences, incorporating found sound and creative instrumentation, overlaid with raw, expressive vocals”
Still Forever distils inspiration into her own sound, driven by a relentless surge to experiment, advance, evolve. Amy has performed across the UK, including support slots for SolarFake, Empathy Test, Zanias and God Module, amongst others, and also runs grassroots events in her hometown of Manchester.
Amy was also a member of St Lucifer from 2019-2023 and remains a frequent collaborator with the band (St Lucifer recently remixed her last single, the high-powered ‘After All Of This’ – as part of a series prior to the release of her own 4th solo LP
WEST ECHO THREE
Hailing from Oldham UK, West Echo Three produce a noise most easily described as Metallic, Digital Post-Rock
With moods that shift from stark angularity, to lush crescendos, whilst lo-fi beats pulse under vocals that are in turn emotional and oblique, West Echo Three have gained a reputation as a formidable live act, comfortable on any stage
West Echo Three also comprises not one, but two former members of St Lucifer – founding bass player John Mitchell and Lead Guitarist Charlotte Winchcombe – expect some formidable riffage!
HURTSFALL
“Like a fine wine...flavours are subtle with hints of The Damned, David Bowie, Depeche Mode and Host-era Paradise Lost” - Down The Front Media.
Hurtsfall have a unique approach: no guitars, keyboards and Bass VI build a rich soundscape as a foundation for frontman Sam Harrison Emm’s distinctive theatrical vocals.
Hurtsfall blend gothic rock, post-punk, and synth/pop, recalling the essence of your favourites with a fresh genre-spanning twist.
Despite playing many of the same venues and events (including a Festival where they were on at the same time on different stages), St Lucifer and Hurtsfall have never actually appeared together on the same bill - we are therefore delighted to have them come and join us for this special event – celebrating the past, present and future!
ST LUCIFER
Last but not least…….. St Lucifer are the most original/unique band you will see or hear this year (or any other for that matter!)
Statistically speaking they are 33% Trans, 54% Disabled, 20% Post-Human and 100% BlackMetalGayDisco
Yes, you read that correctly. St Lucifer make explosive and dynamic Post-Punk-Electro-Symphonic-Stadium-Techno-Avant-Pop with a side order in good old-fashioned NOISE
Our influences are determinedly diverse but one (approximate) recipe might be:
Get the KLF and Trevor Horn to produce Girls Aloud, throw in some Sex Pistols, a touch of Henge surreal theatricality, a spoonful of Melvins and a dash of True Kvult Scandinavian guitars, then plate up using New Order-esque synths, 80s electro-funk and choruses bigger than The Beatles….
We’ve performed with artists as diverse as Peter Hook & The Light, Fields of the Nephilim, Subway Sect, Damo Suzuki, The Cuban Boys, Attrition and Lord of the Lost and have gigged extensively (multiple UK tours + Festivals including Whitby Goth Festival, Trans Pride Brighton, HRH at the 02, Punk for Palestine, Goth City Leeds and more)
To date we’ve released 4 albums: St Lucifer (2016), Music Is Violence (2018), Deathcrush Palare (2021) and Disgraceland (2023) + 18 singles, a Remix album and 2 compilations of b-sides, covers and related curiosities
St Lucifer are currently David, Eden & Alice
