Night River Presents: Campfire Songs: DG Solaris & Ella Clayton
A magically intimate micro concert featuring DG Solaris and Ella Clayton, performing acoustically by a campfire in a secret location in Rode, near Frome.
DG Solaris - Danny Green of the Sun. Perhaps best known in Frome as the founder of Night River.
Blessed with a warm and affecting voice, sung from the heart, Danny is a confident and generous performer who brings the audience on a journey. Having spent a decade converting audiences across the world, performing hundreds of shows and festivals around the UK, Europe and the States including End of the Road, Cambridge Folk and Larmer Tree. Previously known as Laish, he delivered four albums of wry, eccentric guitar pop and in 2020, he released his first as DG Solaris. 2025 has seen a new song released every 2-3 weeks, and a new album on the horizon...
Ella Clayton, is a rising star of the UK songwriter scene, her songs resonate as honest portrayals of love and loss, which take you from euphoric intoxication to shivering outside alone and back again.
After living in Brighton and Berlin, honing her craft as a street musician, Ella returned to her hometown of London where she met Lester Duval. The pair went on to record Ella’s debut album, Murmurations, at the Bunker Studio. This body of work is somehow both spectacular and relatable, drawing you further into her world with every word. Ella is making waves on the live music scene, with two sold out London shows (at The Waiting Room and St. Pancras Old Church) and gigs and festivals booked around the UK and Europe.
Don't miss your chance to see these fantastic acts perform in the most intimate setting. 30 tickets available.
