IDES OF SEDITION
“Psychedelic SophistoPunk”
With their diverse musical backgrounds, Chris Bashford (original member of seminal 1977 punk band Chelsea / The Boys / Captain Sensible) and Caralinda Booth (Shakespears Sister / Thompson Twins / The Monochrome Set) produce music that is an eccentric culture clash of 70’s hard hitting punk rock combined with 80’s electronic pop and mad moments of psychedelia.
Their band Ides of Sedition will be performing songs from the debut album “Perfection Is Overrated”, along with a few Chelsea punk classics plus crowd pleasers from The Doors, Bowie and Led Zeppelin.
No Totality - Band Bio
From the depths of underground music scenes emerges No Totality, a band that's redefining modern rock with a blend of raw energy and melodic complexity.
Formed in a dimly lit garage, the band consists of four unique talents: James, the introspective lyricist and vocalist; Jordan, the lead guitarist whose riffs cut through the noise; Aleks, the rhythmic backbone on rhythm guitar; Matt, heavy thick strings slamming on the bass; and Kallum, the powerhouse drummer.
No Totality's sound is a fusion of alternative rock with hints of post-punk revival, creating a sonic landscape that's both familiar and refreshingly new.
Their music tackles themes of urban isolation, digital disconnect, and the search for identity in a hyper-connected world. Each song is a narrative, pulling listeners into a vortex of emotion and introspection.
