A Homage To Steely Dan!
Six guys in thrall to the music of Steely Dan, The Fezz return to The Marrs Bar, one of our favourite venues!
We endeavour to capture the spirit of one of the most sophisticated and inventive bands of the second half of the twentieth century – and believe we do it pretty well, iconic solos and all.
From the extensive catalogue of Walter Becker and Donald Fagen songs, we’ll be playing ‘Rikki Don’t Lose That Number’, ‘Kid Charlemagne’, ‘My Old School’, ‘Peg’, ‘Bodhisattva’, ‘Pretzel Logic’, ‘Reelin’ In The Years’, Josie, FM, Dr Wu and many more.
The Fezz are Alan Davies (guitar and backing vocals), Colin Warren (bass), Robin Powell (keyboards and backing vocals), Morris Windsor (drums and vocals), John Denton (vocals and guitar) and our recent recruit, Francis Gryspeerdt (saxophones).
