Event information
Week 4 – 3 October - Harvest moon - Moon rising shortly after sunset provides extra light for farmers to harvest their crops. Michaelmas – 24th September. Moon and star pose. Spiritual and symbolic meaning related to gratitude, abundance, and transition, letting go of what is no longer needed.
Join Natalie for a relaxed and relaxing baby yoga session every Friday morning for 25 minutes from 9.30am.
