Join Natalie for spooky yoga this October!
Get ready for a frightfully fun time. Embrace the Halloween spirit as you and your little ones explore seasonally inspired creepy yoga postures - spider, ghost and pumpkin pose!
There will be a spooky mask-making session and join in some ghoulish dancing really to set the mood. You can wear your new mask or come in fancy dress!
This October, take time to move, make, and chill together at the OM for a fun-filled session of Halloween magic. There are 2 sessions, so - save your spot on the mat!
Two timings are available 10am and 2pm.
