Thrilled to be working with haemoGOBLIN on this London show! The three piece make amazing, artful noise rock, and have brought it all together into their debut EP Coda, and we’ll be hosting the launch night at The Horse Hospital!
Here’s some info about the new EP:
Born from an abundance of bedroom recordings created by Luke Wainwright over many years, & then forged into a full band set-up, haemoGOBLIN’s music narrates stories about corruption in the gaming industry, learning your limits, medication-induced rebirth, & so on - all of which feature on their forthcoming EP & debut release ‘CODA’. Working with producer Tom Hill at his Bookhouse studio, with artwork hand-drawn by acclaimed London artist Nell Mitchell, CODA exhibits haemoGOBLIN’s meandering approach to songwriting - with bursting noise rock opener PASSION > TECHNIQUE, to wonky proto-punk earworm NO WAY (out today, having premiered on Dave Gilyeat's BBC Introducing Oxfordshire & Berkshire show last night), through to the sludgy & entirely instrumental MANDARIN, before epicly concluding on the anthemic, anfractuous title track CODA (a band favourite/set closer).
Supports TBC but will be a cracking night!
