STRANGE NEWS

A new project from highly acclaimed saxophonist Steve Buckley featuring three of the UK’s top jazz/world music players.

Steve has been a well established musician on the UK jazz scene for over thirty years. He was an original member of the ground breaking big band Loose Tubes and went on to perform and record with many of the UK’s best jazz players nationally and internationally.

Expect to hear groove-oriented original material reflecting Steve’s long-standing and deep connection with African and Latin American music all imbued with a contemporary jazz flavour.
