Event information

We have a superb lineup for our first show of 2026!

The Terraplanes Blues Band having been awarded the highly prestigious "EMERGING BLUES ACT OF THE YEAR" at the UK Blues Awards 2023, have been busy playing around the country at some of the best blues clubs and festivals, cementing their reputation as one of the UK's most exciting blues acts.
Hailing from Bristol UK, with a sound echoing the 1960' s British R'n'B bands, The Terraplanes have been a breath of fresh air since the release of their debut E.P Midnight Train in 2020. With the commercial success and critical acclaim of their first full album Stepping Stones in 2022 plus some blistering live festival performances have seen them gain a league of followers around the world. The chemistry between the two founding members is the driving force of the band. Nick Scrase's authentic guitar/vocal tones Eduardo Allen's hi energy harmonica skills and stage performance make for an electric live show. The band are ably supported by Andy Hutt (drums) and Craig Shaw (Bass).
Having chosen the name The Terraplanes from an old Robert Johnson song, they then began appearing around Bristol and the South West including Moles Club in Bath and the Wellington Beer Festival and many more.
The Terraplanes were selected to get the benefits of an artist development programme in 2020 run by MAS Records. This scheme has such patrons as legendary Led Zepellin frontman Robert Plant.
UK Radio play, articles about the band in magazines from U.S.A and at home would follow which took the band by surprise coming out of Covid,. The Terraplanes played their first show in London at the St Moritz, Soho. A club called Gaz's Rockin' Blues club run by Gaz Mayall, son of British Blues legend John Mayall. In 2021 the band stole the show at the Great British Rhythm & Blues Festival, Skegness during their first ever UK tour.
in March 2022, The Terraplanes released their first full album Stepping Stones, recorded at Foel Studio in the Welsh Valleys the summer before. 12 original songs that would see the band nominated for a UK Blues Award the next year.
The Terraplanes were named as Emerging Act Of The Year in 2023 and selected to represent the UK at the UK Blues Challenge, held at Marshall Studios.
During the UK tour of 2024, having just headlined The 100 Club, London, The Terraplanes recorded a live album at Temperance in Leamington Spa to cap off another busy year. Consistently playing live and touring is set continue with more new material being written and recorded into 2025., The Terraplanes are right where they should be...at the heart of the British Blues Scene!

Dirty Ruby are a five piece contemporary Blues Band hailing from the East Midlands, first formed in 2018. Compared to 70s blues rock bands Stone the Crows and Vinegar Joe, with Anna's lead vocals compared to Chrissie Hynde and Elkie Brooks.
The band consists of a tight rhythm section, gorgeous blues guitar with a bit of crunch' dirty hammond organ/Fender Rhodes keyboards with vocal harmonies and a smattering of harmonica. Having received a top 20 nomination for Best Emerging Act 2025, from the UK Blues Federation, the band are gaining momentum and causing waves on the circuit. Their original material is a mix of Blues genre's, well written, lyrically good and well delivered, and with a genuinely strong sound, the band are definitely going places.
