Ladies and Gents - The Trawlermen are undoubtedly one of the best new live acts in the UK right now and are currently smashing it all over the shop on land and at sea.

Its Folk. Its Sea Shanties. Its Celtic. Its Rock and Pop but in their own super unique style.. You know the songs, but not how they do it. Their musicianship is unparalleled and man they can PLAY! Prepare to throw a table or two and dance yourself stupid.

NIALL MCNAMEE

Niall McNamee is an Irish singer-songwriter and actor known for his own passionate, thoughtful and full-blooded songs. He has starred opposite Pierce Brosnan, fought with Jackie Chan and now is starring as the leading role in numerous feature films.
Niall moved to London at 17 years old working on building sites whilst growing a devoted fan base playing gigs in pubs and music venues across London.
He began his acting career on London’s West End as Romeo in ‘Romeo and Juliet’ before moving into film and tv and even having a major fight scene with Jackie Chan in ‘The Foreigner’
After a sold out headline tour of the UK and Ireland Niall was cast as the leading role in award winning feature film ‘Love Without Walls’ in which he plays a struggling Songwriter trying to navigate London’s harsh streets. The soundtrack to the film is made up of Niall’s original songs.
This year he sold out the Irish Cultural Centre breaking records for capacity at the venue speed of sell out.
He has supported the likes of Declan O’Rourke, David Keenan, Junior Brother, The Dubliners and played Isle of Wight and Cambridge Folk festival.
His debut album and another leading role in a feature film are due soon making 2025 a big and busy year.

DECLAN BENNETT

As creator and curator of The Tipi Sessions I thought it only right that I get up and polish off my guitar to play you some of my own stuff on The Final Friday!

Actor/Writer/Musician Declan Bennett made his West End debut in the Boy George penned musical Taboo, where he played the lead role Billy opposite George himself before opening for him on his sold out UK tour. He subsequently moved to New York to star as Roger in cult rock opera RENT on Broadway, the original cast of American Idiot, the original Guy in the West End production of Once, Jesus in the Olivier Award winning Regents Park Open Air Theatre production of Jesus Christ Superstar, Billy Bigelow in their critically acclaimed version of Carousel and the Tony Award winning Broadway production of Moulin Rouge! as the Duke De Monroth. Alongside his theatre work and TV career as a series regular on BBC’s Eastenders as Charlie Cotton and Jonathan in the ITV crime drama The Long Call, Declan is also a fiercely independent singer/songwriter having released 5 albums and 4 EP’s on his own label ‘CovBoy' and his first 5 star Edinburgh Fringe/West End one man show Boy Out The City toured the UK in 2024, continuing to showcase his unique journey as exciting, bold, writer, actor, poet and creator. He is currently writing and creating a new piece of theatre work featuring songs by himself and Olivia Broadfield, the pair known in the industry as BOTH.

NAN FEE

Nan Fee brought her beautifully melodic and intimate style of folk music to the Tipi Sessions last year. And she was incredible. She sings her own original material with such delicate ease in her native Irish tone and it’s such a pleasure to be bringing her back for the Final Friday!


Now…a bit of admin….

Tickets for the final Tipi Session of 2025 go on sale this Sunday August 24th at 9am.

****IMPORTANT INFO*****

Due to the nature of the final session and the amount of acts and a larger number of audience we are planning to have, the set up will be different to previous sessions.

We are having an outdoor BBQ and an outdoor bar dedicated to the Tipi Ticket holders!

Mostly this means there won’t be seating for everyone.

We are encouraging you to move around, dance when you want, enjoy the tipi and the outdoors and celebrate the final session Festival style!

There will be seating. Just not for everyone.
