Trotwood Events present Slipper + Kevin!

Slipper is the collaboration between Rachel Taylor (Rocky Lorelei) and Sean Armstrong—two singer songwriters who merge a selection of their solo works under this title, and accompany each other on guitar, bass guitar, and in gentle vocal harmony. They live in Berlin and release their music via Rehberge Records, a DIY cassette label which they founded in 2022. Both former members of Spinning Coin (Glasgow), they have been playing and recording music together since 2016.

Support comes from London artist Kevin!. Kevin is a singer songwriter from north London.  He writes emotional yet playful songs on his nylon string, Casio keyboard and more recently the electric guitar. This year he collaborated with Josh Finerty (Shame!)  to create a beautiful album that is reminiscent of maybe Arthur Russel or Jonathan Richmond. He is a charming boy who knows lots of chords in many keys.
