Drawing on recent albums Woven in Time and Melodic Collective, Guitarist Chris Allard joins us at Hot Numbers, Gwydir with Dudley Phillips on bass. The trio will perform originals from each of the members – and a selection of grooving improvised contemporary music.

Chris Allard has recorded seven original albums with critical acclaim including ★★★★ in Jazzwise, Jazz Journal, Guitarist and BBC Music magazines. He has performed at the Royal Albert Hall, the Pyramids in Cairo, Montreux Jazz Festival, O2 Arena London, and worked with Jacqui Dankworth MBE, Omar Kamal, Lea Salonga, Jamie Cullum, the BBC Big Band.

Dudley Phillips is amongst the most respected and creative bassists in the UK, and has recorded and/or toured with everyone from Mark Knopfler, Cedar Walton and Amy Winehouse to Bill Withers.
