Join Rosie a Holistic Energy Practitioner in our beautiful tranquil Community Garden for an evening of Natural Mindfulness which includes sensory and meditative experiences.
Enjoy the nature, sights and sounds of our special garden from 18:00 - 20:00
This activity is funded by Central Bedfordshire Council from the UKSPF Culture Fund.
The cost of the workshop is £5.00
- If you are a CBC resident the cost is fully discounted. However, there is a charge of £2.50 for light refreshments.
- If you live outside the area, there is a charge of £7.50 for the event and light refreshments.
